Fresh baked bread with sunchoke butter

Citrus and root salad with pine nut, radish, blood orange, and fresh herbs

Fatteh (flatbread) with chickpea, celeriac, hazelnut, garlic, and sumac

Shish with shiitake, zhoug, beet, cumin, and fenugreek

Katmer with pistachio, pear, and orange blossom

Tickets are $60 for an evening with chef Boswell and this four course vegan feast. Opt in for a wine pairing, or order beverages from our full bar a la carte.


Growing up in suburban St. Louis, Graham Boswell learned to cook from his mom.  He left home to study classical cello performance in Boston, but cooking remained his greatest hobby.  Upon graduating, he began his culinary career as a line cook in a diner. Two years later he joined the team at celebrated Cambridge mainstay Oleana, where he learned to appreciate exceptional produce and the spice that brings it to life.  Most recently Graham has transformed his love of seasonal cooking and Mediterranean cuisine into his pop-up restaurant Littleburg, where he brings refined vegetable cooking to casual settings.
