ABOUT THE CHEF
Growing up in suburban St. Louis, Graham Boswell learned to cook from his mom. He left home to study classical cello performance in Boston, but cooking remained his greatest hobby. Upon graduating, he began his culinary career as a line cook in a diner. Two years later he joined the team at celebrated Cambridge mainstay Oleana, where he learned to appreciate exceptional produce and the spice that brings it to life. Most recently Graham has transformed his love of seasonal cooking and Mediterranean cuisine into his pop-up restaurant Littleburg, where he brings refined vegetable cooking to casual settings.
