Join Lulu’s Allston Executive Chef and Food Network’s Chopped Grand Champion, Sarah Wade, for a cozy family style dinner at Orange Door Kitchen. Catch up with friends next to our cheery fire and then tuck into a delicious winter meal prepared with Wade’s signature flare for comfort foods with a twist. Opt in for a beer pairing from Allagash Brewing Company, or order drinks from our bar a la carte.

Tickets are $60 for this four-course feast. The beer pairing is $20.

More about Chef Wade:

Sarah Wade is the Executive Chef of Lulu’s Allston in Boston, MA. From her work at Lulu’s, she has been featured on Phantom Gourmet, the Chronicle, Boston Magazine, Zagat and Buzzfeed.  

Sarah took top honors and a gold medal in Food Network’s Chopped Gold Medal Games in January 2018, beating out 16 competitors and winning the Chopped competition twice – the preliminary round and the finals.  She has also won the Boston Brunch Battle for her signature brunch dish.

She started her career with Renaissance hotels and held positions ranging from Banquet Chef to Executive Chef in North Carolina and Texas.  Following her stint in Texas, she became Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Connecticut.  

Following a few years in Greenwich and eight years in the hotel business, Wade was awarded the role of opening Lulu’s Allston restaurant as the Executive Chef. She has consulted at multiple Boston, New York and Rhode Island restaurants, including Back40 RI, The Hill Tavern in Beacon Hill and Woody’s Grill and Tap.
