When winter started this year with a snowstorm a week before Thanksgiving, we knew that we were going to have to “think warm” as we headed into the core months of the season. And so, we are taking a culinary trip to the sun soaked streets of Spain for our January Supper Club dinner! We are excited to transport our members away from the salt and snow to a romantic Barcelona bistro where the perfume of blooming bougainvillea wafts through the air with garlic, chorizo, and paprika.
