Summer is here! For us, that means enjoying pitchers of margaritas and copious amounts of fresh guac on the back deck with neighbors, shooting the breeze, and watching fireflies gather in the yard (and let’s face it, swatting mosquitos too). As the weather heats up in Massachusetts, we turn to the South for inspiration in the kitchen so that what we’re making works well on a hot night. For our July supper club dinner, we’re skipping over the southern border to bring you Tastes of Mexico. We love cooking Mexican food and can’t wait to share old favorites and some new recipes with you!
